南京市鼓楼幼儿园是南京市全员聘用合同制试点单位,该园结合自身实际,制定了三级聘用(园长聘副园长、副园长聘班组长和教科研工作组长、班组长聘组员)、三级管理(决策层、管理层、操作层)、三级考核(园长、班组长、保教人员)的工作方案,并在学习讨论《教育法》《教师法》《劳动法》《幼儿园管理条例》《幼儿园工作规程》的基础上,制定出各岗位详细的工作细则和考核细则。这些细则具有较强的操作性,本刊特选登其中的一部分,供读者参阅。
