我院采用中西医结合治疗外伤性前房积血20例,取得了比较满意的效果,现报导如下:治疗对象共收治20例(20眼),男13例,女7例。年龄5～54岁,平均年龄19岁。右眼14例,左眼6例。致伤原因:有棍棒、铁器、石块、弹弓、拳击伤等。积血量占前房1/3以下10例,占1/26例,达1/2以上4例。原发性出血16例,继发性出血4例。接受治疗时间最早1小时,最迟8天。治疗方法
In our hospital, 20 cases of traumatic hyphema were treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Satisfactory results were obtained. It is reported as follows: 20 cases (20 eyes) were treated, including 13 males and 7 females. Age 5 to 54 years old, average age 19 years old. Right eye in 14 cases, left eye in 6 cases. Cause of injury: sticks, ironworks, stones, slingshots, boxing injuries and so on. Blood volume accounted for anterior chamber 1/3 following 10 cases, accounting for 1/26 cases, up to 1/4 in 4 cases. 16 cases of primary bleeding, 4 cases of secondary bleeding. The earliest treatment time 1 hour, the latest 8 days. treatment method
