本文通过对钢锭头部温度场的实测和数值解析,研究了发热剂的燃烧行为和对钢锭底部大型氧化物夹杂的影响。结果表明,加高热值发热剂是减少底部大型夹杂物的有效措施,但实际生产中其热效率很低;发热剂的加入时间是一个重要参数。
In this paper, through the measurement and numerical analysis of the temperature field in the ingot head, the combustion behavior of the heating agent and the influence on the large oxide inclusions in the ingot bottom were studied. The results show that heating agent with high calorific value is an effective measure to reduce large inclusions in the bottom, but its thermal efficiency is very low in actual production. The adding time of calorific agent is an important parameter.
