为了探索硼粉改性和改性后的性能表征方法,采用含能粘接剂对微米硼粉进行团聚改性,应用pH值测试及XRD分析判别B2O3及酸性杂质,应用TG热分析判别样品的反应活性。与原料硼粉性能相比,结果表明:乙醇提纯硼(EtB)的pH值变化很小,含能粘接剂团聚硼(TB)的pH值达7.1;Et-B样品谱图中归属于B2O3的X-射线衍射峰强度大大减弱,TB谱图中找不到对应B2O3的衍射峰,TB经自然储存6个月后未见变化;Et-B起始氧化温度几乎未变,氧化增重高14%,氧化程度高4.5%;TB起始氧化温度低100 K以上,氧化增重高27%~28%,氧化程度高了近9%。
