对普通野生稻195株花粉植株的H_1代和少数H_2代进行的形态学、育性、倍性、遗传性、抗病性、耐冷性和外观品质等多种特性的观察研究结果表明:育性正常的二倍体花粉植株H_1代占总数的85.6%;全不育的占14.4%,其部分植株根尖细胞染色体数为n=12的单倍体或12和18的异数体。有一部分花粉植株具有宝贵的可供利用的性状和特性。本研究还获得了4个抗白叶枯病的H_2纯系。这批新质源对水稻育种、生物技术及稻作学基础理论的研究具有重要意义。
The morphological, fertility, ploidy, genetic, disease resistance, cold tolerance and appearance quality of 195 wild plants from pollen plants were studied. The results showed that fertility The normal diploid pollen plants accounted for 85.6% of the total number of H_ 1 generation. The total number of sterile plants accounted for 14.4%. Some plant root tip cells had chromosome numbers of n = 12 haploids or 12 and 18 algebra. Some pollen plants have valuable traits and characteristics that are available. In this study, four H_2 lineages against bacterial leaf blight were also obtained. These new qualities of rice breeding, biotechnology and rice basic theory of research is of great significance.
