摘要目的确定正常成人睾丸氢质子MR(1H-MR)波谱及其年龄变化。方法纳入41个正常睾丸的MR资料,包括20~39岁组(组Ⅰ)16个、40~69岁组(组Ⅱ)25个。采用单体素点解析MR波谱序列(PRESS),TR/TE为2 000 ms/25 ms。兴趣容积包括大部分正常睾丸实质。评价标准化代谢物浓度(即代谢物与肌酸的比值)与年龄的相关性。结果定量测量
Abstract Objective To determine the proton MR spectroscopy of adult human testis and its age. Methods The MR data of 41 normal testes were included, including 16 in the group of 20-39 years (group I) and 25 in the group of 40-69 years (group II).
