基于DEA(数据包络模型)对甘肃民勤县红沙岗工业集中区产业链的构建进行了定量优化研究。从发挥当地煤炭资源优势出发,构建了煤-焦炭、煤-甲醇、煤-兰炭-电石和煤-甲醇-二甲醚4条循环经济产业链,选择主要原辅材料消耗和污染物产生量作为投入指标,产值和规模作为产出指标,判断产业链的DEA有效性。结合产业政策要求及集中区重大资源和环境制约因素后,综合确定出适合集中区发展的循环经济产业链和适度的产业规模。结果表明,120万t/a的煤-兰炭-电石产业链为优先发展的产业链。
Based on DEA (Data Envelopment Model), a quantitative optimization study on the construction of industrial chain in Hongshagang Industrial Concentration Area of Minqin County, Gansu Province was conducted. Starting from the advantages of local coal resources, four industrial chains of coal-coke, coal-methanol, coal-lan-carbide-calcium carbide and coal-methanol-dimethyl ether were constructed. Consumption of main raw and auxiliary materials and the amount of pollutants As input indicators, output value and scale as output indicators, to determine the effectiveness of the industrial chain DEA. Combined with the requirements of industrial policies and the major resources and environmental constraints in the centralized areas, the circular economy industrial chain suitable for the development of centralized areas and the appropriate industrial scale were comprehensively determined. The results show that 1.2 million t / a coal - blue carbon - calcium carbide industrial chain as the priority development of the industrial chain.
