为了解决贺西矿工作面接替紧张,煤炭采出率低的问题,拟在该矿3303工作面进行无煤柱膏体充填技术的研究。通过建立沿空巷道力学结构模型,对留巷顶板运移规律进行理论分析,推导得出中厚煤层条件下充填体支护阻力公式;运用FLAC数值模拟,以围岩垂直应力分布为衡量指标,优化了充填体的宽度与强度取值;合理选择膏体配选材料,之后通过实验研究膏体的强度特性与可泵性,确定了充填材料的最佳配比方案。现场应用表明:该充填方案技术可行,充填效果良好。
In order to solve the problem of Hexi coal face replacing tension and low coal recovery rate, it is proposed to carry out research on non-coal pillar paste filling technology in 3303 face of this mine. Through the establishment of mechanics structural model of gob-side entryway, the law of roof movement of gob-side entry is theoretically analyzed, and the formula of backfill resistance of backfill under middle-thick coal seam is deduced. By using FLAC numerical simulation and the vertical stress distribution of surrounding rock, Optimized the width and strength of the filler body value; reasonable selection of the paste material selection, and then through the experimental study of the strength characteristics of the paste and pumpability, determine the optimal filling material program. The field application shows that the filling scheme is feasible and the filling effect is good.
