软磁材料以其良好的磁性能指标,广泛地应用于电子工业中,起着信息变换、传递及存贮作用。但是,软磁材料经过精密加工(机械磨削、研磨等),表面产生变质层,降低了磁性能参数(导磁率等),使软磁材料的原始磁性能指标得不到充分发挥。目前,国内外软磁材料的光整加工(例如磁头件等)一直未能很好解决。本文提出利用电化学抛光工艺方法,减少乃至去除软磁材料精密加工后所产生的表面变质层,并提出了适用于软磁材料电化学抛光的电解液成分、规范及实验结论,为进一步的应用研究奠定了一定的基础。本文还设想用电解磨削取代机械磨削,以供探讨。
Soft magnetic materials for its good magnetic properties, widely used in the electronics industry, plays a role in information transfer, transmission and storage. However, the soft magnetic material is precision machined (mechanical grinding, grinding, etc.), the surface of the metamorphic layer is reduced, the magnetic performance parameters (permeability and the like) are reduced, and the original magnetic performance index of the soft magnetic material can not be fully utilized. This article also envisions the use of electrolytic grinding instead of mechanical grinding for discussion.
