在我们的学校文化建设中,参与代替了包办,生成代替了复制,过程代替了结果。2010年7月,我担任山东省淄博市临淄区晏婴小学校长。当时学校的情况不容乐观:教师是从全区各学校抽调来的;学生也是从附近几所学校转移过来的,可以说,这所小学就是东拼西凑而成。怎样将这些来自“五湖四海”的师生凝聚起来?我发现:只有构建学校文化,让全校师生拥有一种大家认同的精神,学校才会有凝聚力和向心力,才能蓬勃发展。
In our school culture, participation instead of arranged, generated instead of copying, the process instead of the result. In July 2010, I was the principal of Yan Ying Primary School in Linzi District, Zibo City, Shandong Province. At that time, the situation in schools was not optimistic: teachers were drawn from schools in the whole district; students were also transferred from several schools in the vicinity. It can be said that this primary school is made of patchwork. How can we bring together these teachers and students from all corners of the country? I found that only by building a school culture so that all teachers and students in the school have the spirit of mutual recognition can the school develop cohesion and solidarity.
