在一天的饮食中,早餐是非常重要的。怎样的早餐才是既营养又健康的呢?简单来说有三个原则。原则一:就餐时间一般来说,起床20~30分钟再吃早餐最合适,因为这时人的食欲最旺盛。另外,早餐与中餐以间隔4~5个小时为好,也就是说早餐在7~8点钟之间为好。如果早餐过早,那么数量应该相应增加,或者将午餐时间相应提前。
