目的研究电磁辐射与子宫肌瘤的关系。方法超声检查48例密切接触电磁辐射(高压变电所)的妇女,有无子宫肌瘤的存在,并检查242例无接触电磁辐射者作为对照组。结果48例密切接触电磁辐射者,子宫肌瘤21例,检出率为43.8%。对照组242例中,子宫肌瘤35例,检出率为14.5%。二者比较有显著的差异(P<0.01)。结论电磁辐射与子宫肌瘤间存在着线性关系,超声诊断技术对子宫肌瘤的检出、预报有重要意义。
Objective To study the relationship between electromagnetic radiation and uterine fibroids. Methods 48 cases of women with close contact with electromagnetic radiation (high voltage substation) were examined by ultrasound. The presence of uterine fibroids was examined, and 242 cases of non-contact electromagnetic radiation were examined as control group. Results 48 cases of close contact with electromagnetic radiation, 21 cases of uterine fibroids, the detection rate was 43.8%. Control group of 242 cases, 35 cases of uterine fibroids, the detection rate was 14.5%. There was a significant difference between the two (P <0.01). Conclusion There is a linear relationship between electromagnetic radiation and uterine fibroids. Ultrasound diagnosis is of great significance to the detection and prediction of uterine fibroids.
