根据《关于开展上海市标准化学术研究和技术成果评审工作的通知》的要求,在各企事业单位申报的评审项目由主管部门、行业标准化技术委员会初评推荐的基础上,经上海市标准化优秀成果评审委员会专家评审和市质量技术监督局审查批准,本市共有32个项目获得2002年度上海市标准化优秀技术成果奖。获奖名单详见【特别关注】,本期刊登三篇获奖论文:《汽车用钢国家标准体系框架的研究》、《WTO/TBT规则与上汽集团的对策措施》、《水产标准化问卷调查的启示》。
According to the requirements of the “Notice on Carrying Out the Standardization Academic Research and Technological Achievements Review of Shanghai Municipality”, the appraisal projects declared by enterprises and public institutions are recommended by the competent department and the industry standardization technical committee, and after being evaluated by Shanghai Standardization Excellent Achievements Commission expert review and examination and approval of the city of Quality and Technical Supervision, the city a total of 32 projects won the 2002 Shanghai Standardization Outstanding Technical Achievement Award. Three papers were published in this issue: “Research on National Standard System Framework of Automotive Steels”, “WTO / TBT Rules and Countermeasures of SAIC”, “Enlightenment from Standardized Survey of Aquatic Products” .
