目的在胆碱酯酶抑制剂(cholinesterase inhibitor,ChEI)类神经性毒剂沙林、梭曼、塔崩和维埃克斯(VX)所致犬循环衰竭模型上,观察循环衰竭前后动物心电图变化的特征。方法健康成年雄性杂种犬40只,体重11~16 kg,随机分为4组:梭曼、沙林、塔崩和VX组,每组10只。观察犬循环衰竭过程中的心电图变化。结果ChEI类神经性毒剂诱发循环衰竭时可出现Ⅰ度、Ⅱ度、Ⅲ度房室传导阻滞,房性和室性早搏,室性心动过速,心室扑动,心室颤动,心房扑动,心房颤动,窦性心动过缓,窦性心动过速,窦性停搏等各种心律失常。在导致休克的缓慢性心律失常中,Ⅱ度Ⅱ型及Ⅲ度房室传导阻滞(AVB)占91.6%,窦性心动过缓及窦性停搏占8.4%。心电图发生T波高耸和P波增幅的特征性变化。结论ChEI类神经性毒剂中毒诱发循环衰竭时,可出现各种心律失常,其中以房室传导阻滞最常见,心电图常发生T波高耸和P波增幅的特征性变化。
Objective To observe the change of electrocardiogram (ECG) before and after circulatory failure in a model of canine circulatory failure induced by cholinesterase inhibitor (ChEI) neurotoxic agent sarin, soman, tabun and VX feature. Methods Forty healthy male adult male dogs weighing 11-16 kg were randomly divided into 4 groups: soman, sarin, tabun and VX group, 10 rats in each group. Observe the changes of ECG during circulatory failure in dogs. Results ChEI neurotoxic agents can induce Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ degree atrioventricular block, atrial and ventricular premature beats, ventricular tachycardia, ventricular flutter, ventricular fibrillation, atrial flutter, atrial fibrillation Fibrillation, sinus bradycardia, sinus tachycardia, sinus arrest and other arrhythmias. Among the bradyarrhythmic events leading to shock, grade II and III AVB were 91.6%, sinus bradycardia and sinus arrest were 8.4%. ECG T wave rise and P wave amplitude of the characteristic changes. Conclusion Chronic neurotoxic agents can cause various kinds of arrhythmias when they induce circulatory failure. Among them, atrioventricular block is the most common type of electrocardiogram, and the characteristic changes of T-wave and P-wave amplitude often occur in ECG.
