目的识别、分析某有色金属冶炼厂锌浸出渣挥发窑处理系统可能产生或存在的职业病危害因素,确定职业病危害关键控制点,探讨其预防与控制对策。方法采用类比法、工程分析法、经验法等对生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素进行识别和分析。结果锌浸出渣挥发窑处理系统生产过程中可能会产生煤尘、矽尘、其他粉尘、一氧化碳、二氧化硫、二氧化碳、氮氧化物、铅烟(尘)、镉及其化合物、汞及其化合物、砷及其化合物、噪声、高温、工频电场等主要职业病危害因素,关键控制点为挥发窑进料和出料及各系统管线、接口和阀门。类比项目检测设备噪声作业11个,测定5个作业岗位,其中有2个作业岗位8 h等效声级连续A声级高于国家标准限值。结论从职业病危害控制点入手,采取切实可行的防护设施,重视对粉尘、毒物、高温和噪声等职业病危害因素的预防和控制。

Conclusion From the control point of occupational disease, we should take practical protective measures and pay attention to the prevention and control of occupational hazards such as dust, poison, high temperature and noise.
