介绍氯羟吡啶检测的前处理方法,气相色谱法和气相色谱-质谱法。运用两检测方法,对禽肉进行氯羟吡啶残留检测,并对检测结果进行对比分析。在5~500μg/m L范围内,关系数(r)及相关系数(r)均大于0.99,具有良好的线性关系。气相色谱-质谱法最低检出限为1.0μg/kg,加标回收率在79.6%~90.3%,相对标准偏差(n=6)在2.41%~3.12%之间。气相色谱法最低检出限5.0μg/kg,加标回收率在76.2%~85.3%,相对标准偏差(n=6)在2.92%~3.78%之间。通过数据对比后可证,气相色谱法-质谱法所得数据的准确度优于气相色谱法。
Pretreatment method of clopidol detection, gas chromatography and gas chromatography - mass spectrometry.
