一,经过除鞣处理(明胶法)的蝎子七和鸡血七煎剂,在鸡胚外均有较明显的抗亚洲甲型流感病毒(京科68—1株)和Ⅰ型付流感病毒(仙台株)的作用。前者在鸡胚外的作用不但较后者更为明显,且在鸡胚内以各种方式给药(10.25%)均能显示作用。后者在鸡胚内对仙台株病毒以各种给药方式均能显示作用,但对京科68—1株病毒仅在感染前和感染同时注射显示作用,在感染后注射则不能显示作用。二、未经和经过除鞣处理的蝎子七煎剂对所试11种革兰氏阳性和阴性细菌均有不同程度的抗菌作用,尤对金黄色葡萄球菌、卡他奈瑟氏球菌、福氏痢疾杆菌和甲型付伤寒杆菌的抗菌作用较强。后种煎剂除对乙型链球菌,肺炎球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、福氏痢疾杆菌和大肠杆菌的抗菌作用较前种煎剂减低一个稀释度外,对其他细菌之抗菌作用则二者结果一致。如与青、链霉素联合进行抗金黄色葡萄球菌试验时,可呈现相加的抗菌作用。三、未经除鞣处理的鸡血七煎剂之抗菌作用,经重复验证与陕西中草药科研组所报告者差别不大,但经除鞣处理的煎剂之抗菌作用,则见明显减低。如以前种煎剂与青霉素联合进行抗金黄色葡萄球菌试验时,可呈现协同的抗菌作用;与链霉素联合则呈现相加的抗菌作用。四、未经和经过除鞣处理的蝎子七和鸡血七煎剂,虽具有抗白色和热带念珠菌的作用,但作用较低。
