目的 :探讨充血心力衰竭 (CHF)时血浆粒细胞 -巨噬细胞集落刺激因子 (GM -CSF)含量的变化及意义。方法 :应用放射免疫法对 30例处于不同心功能状态的不同病因的慢性CHF患儿进行血浆GM -CSF的检测。结果 :CHF组GM -CSF水平为 10 .84± 4.16pg/ml,正常对照组为 7.43± 3.37pg/ml(P <0 .0 1)。心功能Ⅳ级患儿GM -CSF水平为 5 .0 1± 1.2 2pg/ml,显著低于心功能Ⅲ级 (11.72± 2 .5 0pg/ml)和Ⅱ级 (13.44± 3.0 7pg/ml)患儿 (均 P <0 .0 1)。结论 :GM -CSF参与了CHF的病理生理过程 ,其含量的变化与交感神经系统对免疫系统的作用有关 ,反映了CHF机体免疫功能的复杂变化。
Objective: To investigate the changes and clinical significance of plasma granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor (GM-CSF) in patients with congestive heart failure (CHF). Methods: Radioimmunoassay was used to detect plasma GM-CSF in 30 CHD patients with different etiologies with different cardiac function. Results: The levels of GM-CSF in CHF group were 10.84 ± 4.16pg / ml and those in normal control group were 7.43 ± 3.37pg / ml (P <0.01). The level of GM-CSF in Grade IV children with cardiac function was 5.01 ± 1.2 2pg / ml, which was significantly lower than Grade Ⅲ (11.72 ± 2.500pg / ml) and Grade Ⅱ (13.44 ± 3.07pg / ml) Children (all P <0 01). CONCLUSION: GM-CSF participates in the pathophysiological process of CHF. The changes of its content are related to the effects of the sympathetic nervous system on the immune system, reflecting the complex changes of immune function in CHF.
