一、引言空压机的能量平衡测定是企业能量平衡工作中的难点之一。而在空压机的测试中,排气量是测试的重要参数之一。大多数在生产过程中使用的空压机并不安装流量仪表。本文介绍一种利用储气罐对运行过程中空气压缩机的排气量进行简易测试的方法。一般的空压机出口处总是装有储气罐,当储气罐内压力高达一定数值Pmax时,使空压机空转或停止,这时由储气罐对用气设备供气,当气罐内压力下降到一定值Pmin时,空压机又恢复正常工作,如此循环。储气罐内压力在一定范围(Pmin~Pmax)内变化。当耗气设备工况稳定
