目的:探讨胰岛素样生长因子Ⅱ受体在卵巢癌细胞中的表达以及全反式维甲酸对其的影响。方法:应用NorthernBlot技术检测卵巢癌细胞株3Ao,Ao有无胰岛素样生长因子Ⅱ受体以及全反式维甲酸对其的影响。结果:卵巢癌Ao细胞株高表达胰岛素样生长因子Ⅱ受体,3Ao细胞则较低。全反式维甲酸明显引起Ao细胞胰岛素样生长因子Ⅱ受体下降,而3Ao细胞差异不明显。结论:卵巢癌细胞株3Ao和Ao均表达胰岛素样生长因子Ⅱ受体,全反式维甲酸引起Ao细胞株胰岛素样生长因子受体下降,提示胰岛素样生长因子Ⅱ受体参与了全反式维甲酸诱导卵巢癌Ao细胞凋亡过程。
Objective: To investigate the expression of insulin-like growth factor II receptor in ovarian cancer cells and the effect of all-trans retinoic acid on it. METHODS: Northern Blot technique was used to detect the effects of insulin-like growth factor receptor II and all-trans retinoic acid in ovarian cancer cell lines 3Ao, Ao. RESULTS: Ovarian cancer Ao cell lines highly expressed insulin-like growth factor II receptors, but 3Ao cells were lower. All-trans retinoic acid apparently caused a decrease in insulin-like growth factor II receptors in Ao cells, but there was no significant difference in 3Ao cells. Conclusion: Both ovarian cancer cell lines 3Ao and Ao express insulin-like growth factor receptor II, and all-trans retinoic acid induces a decline in insulin-like growth factor receptors in Ao cell line, suggesting that insulin-like growth factor receptor II is involved in all-trans-dimensional Formic acid induces apoptosis in ovarian cancer Ao cells.
