本文报告大剂量卡介苗（６００ｍｇ）膀胱灌注治疗表浅膀胱癌１４例的疗效观察，大剂量卡介苗能更有效地刺激机体免疫力，适用于初发、复发和残余膀胱癌。灌注前后测定细胞免疫功能，了解治疗反应和预后，治疗时要严格掌握适应症，减少并发症，才能提高疗效。本方法操作简便、疗效显著、宜于临床应用。
This article reports the high dose of BCG (600mg) intravesical instillation of superficial bladder cancer in 14 cases of observation, high-dose BCG can more effectively stimulate the body immunity, suitable for primary, recurrent and residual bladder cancer. Before and after perfusion determination of cellular immune function, to understand the therapeutic response and prognosis, treatment should be strictly controlled indications and reduce complications in order to improve the curative effect. The method is simple, effective, suitable for clinical application.
