应用抗β链可变区(Vβ)的3种单克抗隆体(Vβ_5,Vβ_6,Vβ_(12))和一种抗γ链可变区(Vγ)的单克隆抗体检测Graves病和桥本病患者的外周血液及甲状腺内浸润的T细胞的受体表现型。以正常人的外周血液作为对照,患者的Vβ阳性T细胞分布未见异常。但7例受检者的甲状腺中有5例Vγ阳性的T细胞增加。在未经治疗的Graves病患者的外周血液中Vγ阳性的T细胞未见增加。结果提示:自身免疫甲状腺疾病的T细胞反应可能是多克隆的。表达为Vγ型受体的T细胞可能在桥本甲状腺炎中发挥了一定的作用。
Graves disease and Hashimoto were detected by monoclonal antibodies against three kinds of monoclonal anti-β chain variable domains (Vβ_5, Vβ_6, Vβ_ (12)) and an anti-γ chain variable region (Vγ) The patient’s peripheral blood and thyroid infiltration of T cell receptor phenotype. Normal peripheral blood as a control, the patient’s Vβ-positive T cell distribution was normal. However, in the thyroid of 7 subjects, 5 cases of V? -positive T cells were increased. There was no increase in V? -positive T cells in the peripheral blood of untreated Graves’ disease. The results suggest that T cell responses to autoimmune thyroid disease may be polyclonal. T cells expressed as Vγ receptors may play a role in Hashimoto’s thyroiditis.
