采用某种自制粘结剂代替传统热喷焊的涂层,制备了Ni60自熔合金涂层,探讨粘结剂对涂层显微组织、孔隙率、显微硬度、磨损性能和腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,与传统热喷焊涂层相比,粘结剂预制涂层的组织细小、孔隙率低,显微硬度、磨损性能和腐蚀性能基本相同,故此技术可以消除传统热喷焊技术的不足,且粘结剂的存在可改变硬质相的存在状态,起到弥散强化的作用。
A self-made adhesive was used instead of the traditional thermal spray coating to prepare a Ni60 self-fluxing alloy coating to study the effect of the binder on the coating microstructure, porosity, microhardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance . The results show that, compared with the traditional thermal spray coating, the binder pre-coating has the advantages of fine structure, low porosity, microhardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance, so the technology can eliminate the disadvantages of the traditional thermal spray welding technology , And the presence of the binder can change the presence of the hard phase, play the role of dispersion strengthened.
