目的:研究白术内酯Ⅰ(B),4,15-环氧羟基白术内 酯(C),白术内酯Ⅱ(D)对子宫平滑肌活动的影响。方法:离体大鼠子宫模型。结果:B,C,D28,56μmol·L~(-1)能明显降低子宫平滑肌的静息张力、收缩力和运动能力;抑制由Oxy、ACh介导的子宫痉挛;抑制高钾去极化下CaCl_2引起的子宫收缩,但对子宫的最大反应没有明显的影响;抑制无Ca~(2+)溶液中催产素引起的子宫收缩,但对胞外Ca~(2+)的内流没有显著抑制;B可降低子宫自发运动的发放频率,但C和D没有显著作用(P>0.05)。结论:B、C和D可显著地抑制大鼠离体子宫平滑肌运动,其作用与胆碱能系统的抑制及Ca~(2+)的运动有关。
Objective: To study the effects of atractylenolide I (B), 4, 15-epoxyhydroxyactone lactone (C), and atractylenolide II (D) on the activity of uterine smooth muscle. Methods: Isolated rat uterus model. RESULTS: B, C, D28, 56 μmol·L -1 can significantly reduce the resting tension, contractility and exercise capacity of uterine smooth muscle; inhibit uterine ridge induced by Oxy and ACh; and inhibit high-potassium depolarization. CaCl 2 -induced uterine contraction, but no significant effect on uterine maximal response; inhibition of oxytocin-induced uterine contractions without Ca 2+ solution, but no significant inhibition of extracellular Ca 2+ influx B can reduce the frequency of spontaneous movement of uterus, but C and D have no significant effect (P>0.05). Conclusion: B, C and D can significantly inhibit the movement of isolated uterine smooth muscle in rats, and its effects are related to the inhibition of cholinergic system and Ca~(2+) movement.
