分别以MTT法和图像分析法检测了3种感染根管内厌氧菌纯化荚膜对成纤维细胞L_(929)的细胞毒性。实验结果显示:3种纯化荚膜中以牙龈卟啉菌荚膜毒性最强,中间型普里沃氏菌次之,牙髓卟啉菌荚膜毒性不明显,纯化荚膜细胞毒性对MTT检测法不敏感。3种纯化荚膜对成纤维细胞的毒性作用与内毒素有所不同,主要是使细胞和细胞核面积增大,且以细胞面积增大为著。 MTT assay and image analysis were used to detect the cytotoxicity of anaerobic bacteria-purified capsule on L929 cells in three kinds of infected root canals.
