目的:为了研究改变膳食营养结构对核辐射的抵抗能力,为从事辐射防护和后勤管理人员提供合理营养的科学依据。方法:按照军队膳食营养调查方法,用查账法和称量法对某部核材料保管分队人员的食物结构、营养水平进行了调查。结果:食物消耗量均值超标;热能摄入量14.64MJ·人-1·d-1,满足中等劳动训练需要,小于执行任务时热能消耗值;三大营养素百分比与军用标准比较不相一致。结论:某部核材料保管分队官兵膳食结构和营养状况有待改善,建议多食新鲜蔬菜,改善烹调方法
OBJECTIVE: In order to study the scientific basis for changing the nutrition of dietary nutrients against nuclear radiation and for providing reasonable nutrition for radiation protection and logisticians. Methods: According to the method of military dietary survey, the food structure and nutritional level of some nuclear material storage units were investigated by audit method and weighing method. Results: The mean value of food consumption exceeded the standard. The caloric intake was 14.64MJ · man -1 · d-1, which met the needs of moderate labor training and was less than the heat consumption value of the task. The percentages of the three major nutrients were not consistent with the military standards. Conclusion: The dietary structure and nutritional status of officers and soldiers of a certain nuclear material storage unit needs to be improved. It is suggested that more fresh vegetables be added and the cooking methods be improved
