目的探讨前列腺生长因子(PrGF)在良性前列腺增生症(BPH)发生中的作用。方法同位素3H-TdR掺入法测定人正常及BPH前列腺组织匀浆和提纯物中PrGF促传代培养的人包皮成纤维细胞增殖的活性。结果BPH组匀浆和提纯物中的PrGF促包皮成纤维细胞增殖活性均高于正常前列腺组(P<0.005);BPH组和正常组的提纯物在达到一定浓度时显示增殖抑制,表明有PrGF的抑制成分存在;BPH组显示增殖抑制的蛋白浓度高于正常组。结论PrGF活性升高及与其抑制成分的平衡紊乱,对BPH的发生有重要意义
Objective To investigate the role of prostatic growth factor (PrGF) in the pathogenesis of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Methods The isotope 3H-TdR incorporation method was used to determine the proliferation of human foreskin fibroblasts in human normal and BPH prostate tissue homogenates and purified PrGF. Results The proliferation of PrGF-stimulated fibroblasts in both BPH group and purified group were significantly higher than those in normal prostate group (P <0.005). The purified BPH group and normal group showed inhibition of proliferation at a certain concentration Inhibition of PrGF components exist; BPH group showed that the proliferation inhibition of protein concentration was higher than the normal group. Conclusions PrGF activity and the balance of its inhibitory components are disturbed, which is of great significance for the occurrence of BPH
