目的:观察绿豆提取物蛋白A与蛋白B对染铅大鼠肾功能及抗氧化活性的影响。方法:建立染铅大鼠模型,连续给药30天,测定血肌酐、血尿素氮及血尿酸、血清SOD及MDA。结果:绿豆蛋白B(30g/kg)对能降低染铅大鼠血肌酐、血尿素氮及血尿酸含量(P<0.05),绿豆蛋白A(15g/kg)、绿豆蛋白B(30g/kg)均能显著性降低染铅大鼠的血清MDA含量,绿豆蛋白B(30g/kg)显著性提高染铅大鼠的血清SOD活力(P<0.05)。结论:绿豆蛋白对染铅大鼠具有一定的改善肾功能及提高抗氧化的作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of mung bean extract protein A and protein B on renal function and antioxidant activity of lead-exposed rats. METHODS: A lead-exposed rat model was established and administered continuously for 30 days. Serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, serum uric acid, serum SOD, and MDA were measured. Results: Mung bean protein B (30g/kg) could reduce serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen and serum uric acid in lead-exposed rats (P<0.05), mung bean protein A (15g/kg), mung bean protein B (30g/kg) All of them can significantly reduce the serum MDA content in lead-exposed rats, and the significant increase of mung bean protein B (30g/kg) can increase the serum SOD activity in lead-exposed rats (P<0.05). Conclusion: Mung bean protein can improve the renal function and anti-oxidation in lead-exposed rats.
