近年来,经济资本管理已广泛应用于国际先进银行,并逐步成为银行战略决策的一项重要依据。我国商业银行要尽快缩短与国际同业的差距,不仅要通过多种合理渠道补充资本金,而且更重要的是要加强经济资本管理,大力发展资本节约型业务,建立集约化的资本使用机制。作为经济资本管理体系执行层的基层行如何调整经营行为,是当前各家商业银行面临的新课题。本文通过分析传统经营模式下基层行经营行为的特征和缺陷,提出了经济资本控制下基层行经营行为的变化路径。
In recent years, economic capital management has been widely used in international advanced banks and gradually become an important basis for bank strategic decision-making. China’s commercial banks should shorten the gap with their international counterparts as soon as possible, not only through a variety of reasonable channels to supplement the capital, but more importantly, it is necessary to strengthen economic capital management, vigorously develop capital-saving businesses and establish intensive capital-use mechanisms. How the grass-roots banks as the executive layers of the economic capital management system adjust their business behavior is a new issue currently facing commercial banks. Based on the analysis of the characteristics and defects of grassroots management behavior under the traditional management model, this paper puts forward the change path of grassroots management behavior under the control of economic capital.
