目的第一作者曾在“山黄降脂片工艺成型实验过程”一文中,通过四次实验摸索(前三次片剂硬度均不理想)、查阅资料、用粉葛取代野葛(成品率达97.5%),最终探索出解决山黄降脂片硬度的关键,即用粉葛取代野葛,使片剂的硬度及成品率空前提高,目的是提高片剂的硬度及提高成品率。方法在查阅资料及实验中充分发现了利用处方中粉葛质硬、富粉性的性状特性取代野葛质韧、纤维性强的性状特性。结果克服了方中野葛全粉碎导致压片特别困难的问题。结论通过粉葛取代野葛技术革新,达到了片剂理想的硬度及成品率。
The purpose of the first author in “Shan Huang lipid-lowering film molding process” one article, through four experiments (the first three times the tablet hardness are not ideal), access to information, with Pueraria instead of kudzu (yield Up to 97.5%). Finally, the key to solve the hardness of Yahuang lipid-lowering tablets is to replace the kudzu with powder, so that the hardness and the finished product rate of the tablet are unprecedentedly increased. Methods In the access to the data and experiments, it was found that traits such as hardness and fiber character of kudzu were replaced by hard and powdery traits in the prescription. The result overcomes the problem of particularly hard pressed tablets caused by the total crushing of Kusatsu Yoshino. Conclusion The Puerariae replaces the kudzu technology innovation and achieves the ideal hardness and yield of the tablet.
