学习动机作为一种非智力因素,是激发学习者外语学习积极性最直接的内在动力。本文以民族地区高职高专学生为研究对象,在了解学生英语学习的现状基础上,分析影响其学习动机的各种因素,对如何培养和激发学生学习英语的动机及其教学策略进行初步探讨。
Learning motivation as a non-intelligence factor is the most direct internal motivation to stimulate learners’ enthusiasm in learning foreign languages. Based on the understanding of students’ current situation in English learning, this paper analyzes the various factors that affect their motivation to learn and motivates students to learn English and its teaching strategies. .
