Lymphoma-associated acute leukemia is rarely reported in the literature. In order to improve the understanding of the two diseases, a retrospective survey of the 5 cases of lymphoma-associated acute leukemia we collected was conducted to summarize the clinical characteristics of the 2 diseases and to analyze the causes.
