一、水池除塵器的試驗試驗的目的在于解决下列几个問題:1.抽風管插入水中或离开水面,除尘效率和阻力的变化;2.含尘空气的濃度和不同灰尘的分散度对除尘效率的影响;3.水池断面大小所引起的变化。試驗分三步,先是观察試驗,其次是模型試驗,第三步,設計出圖紙,在实际生产中試驗。 1.观察試驗:利用清华大学的泡沫冷却空气淋浴装置(见图1)进行。系統为吸入式,自室內吸入空气;灰尘試样則从加料箱中滲入。水箱外部刻有标尺,以控制水面高度。净化了的空气,经过擋水板,除去水滴以后,由通風机排入大气中。灰尘試样采用水泥粉末,灰尘颗粒有两种:40微
