由于采用了小口径钻进,因而89毫米的小口径钻具得到全面的使用。但是,由于钻进过程中钻具高速回转造成取粉管和井壁不断的撞击,致使岩粉渗入到丝扣的间隙当中,磨损了丝扣,增加了取粉管的耗损。为减少磨损,延长其使用寿命,我队利用废旧水泵活塞装在取粉管内,起到了良好的保护作用。其具体作法,参见图示。将200/40型水泵旧胶皮活塞套在取粉管内的异径接手上,而后将取粉管和上接手丝扣上严,这样,借废旧活塞在取粉管内的弹涨能
