目的了解职业暴露健康风险分级法在江西省某新建氟化氢项目职业病危害预评价中评价其健康危害风险的可用性。方法应用职业暴露健康风险分级法对该新建项目职业病危害种类、接触、防护、管理等方面进行定性和半定量分析。结果该新建项目有氟化氢、硫酸及三氧化硫、二氧化硫、氟化物(氟硅酸)等职业病危害因素;职业病危害因素风险级别属中等风险或高风险,风险级别最高4.0,最低为2.8。结论采用职业暴露健康风险分级法对该企业进行职业病危害评价较为合适。
Objective To understand the occupational exposure health risk classification method to evaluate the risk of health risks in the pre-evaluation of occupational hazards of a new hydrogen fluoride project in Jiangxi Province. Methods Applying occupational exposure health risk classification method to qualitative and semi-quantitative analysis of occupational hazards, contact, protection and management in this new project. Results The new project includes occupational hazards such as hydrogen fluoride, sulfuric acid and sulfur trioxide, sulfur dioxide and fluoride (fluorosilicic acid). The risk level of occupational disease risk is medium or high risk with the highest risk level of 4.0 and the lowest of 2.8. Conclusion It is more appropriate to use occupational health risk classification to evaluate occupational hazards in this company.
