目的 :测量卵巢癌SKOV3 亲本和耐药细胞内阿霉素聚集量。方法 :采用一种简单敏感的改良荧光分光光谱法。结果 :虽然耐药细胞株SKOV3/ADM内阿霉素聚集量经维拉帕米作用后能显著增加 ,但仍然低于亲本细胞SKOV3。结论 :本法快速、方便 ,在肿瘤细胞多药耐药机理及逆转剂研究中具有实用价值。
Objective: To measure the accumulation of doxorubicin in SKOV3 ovarian cancer cells and drug resistant cells. Methods: A simple and sensitive modified fluorescence spectrometry was used. RESULTS: Although the concentration of doxorubicin in SKOV3 / ADM cells was significantly increased after treatment with verapamil, it was still lower than that of SKOV3 cells. Conclusion: This method is rapid and convenient and has practical value in the study of multidrug resistance mechanism and reversal agent of tumor cells.
