本文提出一种极宽频带的 YIG 小球—带线耦合结构。理论分析指出:其 Q_e 值在频率比1:20范围内的涨落小于0.4。据此研制了0.8—15GH_z 的多倍频程带通滤波器样品,插损一般小于8 db;3 db 带宽30~40MH_z;隔离度大于30db。所提出的结构原理对其他频段的器件也能适用。
This paper presents a very broad band YIG ball - line coupling structure. The theoretical analysis indicates that the Q_e value fluctuates less than 0.4 in the frequency ratio of 1:20. According to this, a multi-octave band-pass filter of 0.8-15GH_z has been developed. The insertion loss is generally less than 8 db; the bandwidth of 3 db is 30-40MH_z; the isolation is greater than 30db. The proposed structure principle also applies to other frequency band devices.
