为理解电火花放电修整参数对金属结合剂金刚石砂轮形貌特征的影响,结合扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观测结果与Abbott-Firestone曲线,阐明了不同放电参数对砂轮形貌特征的影响机制.开展磨削实验,分析磨削过程中的磨削力与磨削后的工件表面质量,验证了不同参数修整后的砂轮形貌特征.结果表明,电流决定砂轮表面二次冷却物的覆盖面积,影响磨粒的突出高度与容屑空间大小;脉宽决定砂轮表面二次冷却物的堆积程度,影响砂轮表面的粗糙程度,但形成的气孔增大了容屑空间大小;切向进给步进长度决定砂轮表面的气孔数量,影响砂轮的容屑能力.
In order to understand the influence of EDM dressing parameters on the morphology of the diamond-like metal bond diamond grinding wheel, SEM and Abbott-Firestone curves were used to illustrate the influence of different discharge parameters on the morphology of the diamond wheel. Experiments were carried out to analyze the grinding force and the surface quality of the workpiece after grinding, and the morphological characteristics of the grinding wheel with different parameters were verified.The results show that the electric current determines the coverage of the secondary coolant on the grinding wheel surface, The protruding height of the grain and the size of the chip space; pulse width determines the degree of secondary coolant accumulation on the surface of the grinding wheel, which affects the roughness of the grinding wheel surface, but the formed pores increase the size of the chip space; the tangential feed step length determines The number of stomata on the surface of the grinding wheel affects the ability of the wheel to hold the chip.
