本文通过简要介绍苏州工业职业技术学院的情况和内部竞聘的原因,以系部教务秘书一职为例,设计了整套内部竞聘流程。流程设计以系部教务需求为基础,结合教务秘书岗位职责提出招聘条件。在此基础上,竞聘者通过内部通知方式获悉信息,上报申请并通过资格审查,参加以笔试和面试相结合的综合素质测评。内部竞聘工作领导小组根据综合测评结果,通过充分讨论确定最佳人选,上报审批,最终以实际绩效衡量流程设计有效性。文章最后对此流程设计进行总结分析。
This article introduces the situation of Suzhou Industrial Technology College and the reason of internal competition, and takes the post of department secretary as an example to design the whole process of internal competition. The design of the process is based on the departmental educational needs and puts forward the recruitment requirements in the light of the post duties of the educational secretary. On this basis, the bidders through the internal notification of informed information, reporting applications and through the qualification examination, to participate in written and interview combined with a comprehensive quality assessment. Based on the results of the comprehensive evaluation, the leading group of the internal competitive workforce shall determine the best candidate through sufficient discussion, submit it for examination and approval, and finally design the validity of the process by actual performance measurement. Finally, the article summarizes the process design.
