本文对在中国知网上检索到的国内近16年来关于国内英语教师教学信念与行为的114篇文献进行了研读与整理,从研究方法、研究对象和研究内容三个方面进行了统计与分析,从而提出了英语教师应深入研究促进教学信念与行为的一致性,从而真正解决实际问题。
In this paper, 114 literatures about teaching beliefs and behaviors of domestic English teachers retrieved in China Known Online for the past 16 years are studied and sorted out, and statistics and analysis are made from three aspects: research methods, research objects and research contents Proposed that English teachers should conduct in-depth study to promote the consistency of teaching beliefs and behaviors so as to really solve practical problems.
