针对直升机复合材料桨叶填充物几何建模效率低、工作繁琐重复的问题,提出了一种自动三维几何建模方法。该方法充分利用填充物是一种随形结构的特点,通过桨叶蒙皮、大梁、后缘条等外围组件内表面包围形成填充物封闭外表面,最终通过填充物外表面生成填充物实体。实例验证表明,该方法能够快速、高效地实现复合材料桨叶翼型段填充物的三维几何建模。
Aiming at the problem of low geometrical modeling efficiency of helicopter composite paddle filler and cumbersome duplication of work, an automatic three-dimensional geometric modeling method is proposed. The method makes full use of the filler material as a structural feature of the filler, and the outer surface of the filler body is enclosed by the inner surface of the peripheral component such as the paddle, the girder, the tail bar and the like, and finally the filler body is formed by the outer surface of the filler body. The case study shows that this method can quickly and efficiently realize the three-dimensional geometric modeling of the composite paddle airfoil section filler.
