探讨改良包皮脱套阴茎根部固定术治疗隐匿阴茎的疗效。方法:对215例年龄5.0～15.3岁的先天性隐匿阴茎患儿行改良阴茎脱套固定术,术后阴茎加压包扎3天,保留导尿4天后拔除导尿管出院。结果:平均手术时间50min,所有病例术后平均住院4.5d,包皮水肿时间7～10d,随访6个月～3年,4例发生回缩,系根部固定不良所致,还有2例由于肥胖外观欠佳,但术后阴茎体发育好。其他所有病例外观佳,阴茎体发育好无勃起和排尿障碍,阴茎阴囊交界处无蹼状结构.总成功率97.67%)。结论:改良阴茎脱套固定术能充分暴露并切除阴茎体根部牵拉组织至阴茎体完全暴露并可靠固定,同时最大可能保持阴茎皮肤的完整性,所以在纠正隐匿阴茎病理的前提下有利于术后水肿及外观的恢复,是较好的治疗先天性隐匿阴茎的方法。
To investigate the curative effect of modified prepuce with penile root fixation for concealed penis. Methods: A total of 215 children with concealed penile implants aged from 5.0 to 15.3 years were treated with modified penile decorticating. After the penis was pressure-packed for 3 days, the catheter was removed after 4 days of catheterization. Results: The average operation time was 50 min. The average postoperative hospital stay was 4.5 days. The time of eyelid edema was 7-10 days. The follow-up ranged from 6 months to 3 years. Four cases had contractions, Poor appearance, but good postoperative penile body. In all other cases, the appearance of the penis was good, and the penile body developed well without erection and voiding dysfunction. The penis scrotum junction had no webbed structure with a total success rate of 97.67%. Conclusion: The improved penile detachment fixation can fully expose and remove the penile body roots to pull the tissue to the penis completely exposed and reliable fixation, while maintaining the integrity of the penile skin, it is conducive to correct the hidden penile pathology premise After the edema and the appearance of recovery, is better treatment of congenital hidden penis method.
