本文主要根据中职刑事诉讼法课程内容的结构特点以及参与刑事诉讼过程关键主体的主要职责不同,按照项目化教学任务的需要,对刑事诉讼课程的教学内容体系作概括性重构,这种重构设计的宗旨就是让中职学生能够更加容易地理解参与刑事诉讼的主体在诉讼中承担的角色以及在各个诉讼阶段需要完成的任务。
According to the structural features of the curriculum content of the criminal procedure law of secondary vocational school and the main responsibilities of the key subjects in the process of criminal procedure, this article makes a general reconstruction of the teaching content system of criminal procedure in accordance with the needs of the project teaching task. The purpose of the design is to make it easier for students in secondary vocational schools to understand the role of the subjects involved in criminal proceedings in litigation and the tasks to be completed in each litigation stage.
