对近年来不同因素的烟草试验进行烟碱含量测试分析，得出烟株中烟碱含量的分布规律，其含量受叶位和叶数影响较大，打顶后烟碱积累显著增加。品种、肥料、土壤、干湿的气候条件等均对烟碱含量有不同程度的影响。提出掌握烟草生长发育规律，创造适宜的环境条件，选择优良品种，改善栽培技术可获得理想的烟碱含量和有效地提高烟叶品质。 The nicotine content of tobacco was tested and analyzed for different factors in recent years. The distribution of nicotine content in tobacco plants was obtained. The contents of nicotine in tobacco plants were greatly affected by leaf position and leaf number, and nicotine accumulation increased significantly after topping. Varieties, fertilizers, soil, wet and dry climatic conditions all have different degrees of nicotine content. Proposed to master the laws of tobacco growth and development, to create suitable environmental conditions, selection of fine varieties, improved cultivation techniques can achieve the desired nicotine content and effectively improve the quality of tobacco.
