目的通过盐碘外质控样考核,对实验室测定质量进行评价,以保证分析结果的可靠性和可比性,为碘缺乏病防治监测工作提供质量保障。方法依据GB/T13025.7-1999制盐工业通用试验方法碘离子的测定中直接滴定法进行测定。结果质控样测得均值分别为13.1mg/kg、31.3mg/kg,质控样真值分别为(14.0±2.0)mg/kg、(32.8±3.0)mg/kg,外质控结果均值在定值不确定度范围内,评判为合格。样品标准物质准确度试验相对误差范围为1.88%~4.80%,外质控样精密度试验相对标准偏差0.67%~1.17%。结论本次实验使用直接滴定法测定,测定结果准确度、精密度均符合分析要求,外质控样考核结果取得满意效果。
Objective To assess the quality of laboratory measurement by salt iodine external quality control sample evaluation so as to ensure the reliability and comparability of analytical results and provide quality assurance for the prevention and control of iodine deficiency disorders. Method According to GB / T13025.7-1999 Salt Industry General Test Method Determination of iodide in direct titration method. Results The average values of quality control samples were 13.1 mg / kg and 31.3 mg / kg respectively, and the quality control samples were (14.0 ± 2.0) mg / kg and (32.8 ± 3.0) mg / kg, respectively. Within the range of uncertainty of valuation, the assessment is qualified. The relative error of the accuracy of the sample standard material test ranged from 1.88% to 4.80%, and the relative standard deviation of the external quality control sample test ranged from 0.67% to 1.17%. Conclusion The direct titration method was used in this experiment. The accuracy and precision of the determination results were in accordance with the analytical requirements. The results of the external quality control samples were satisfactory.
