高校日语人才的培养应以满足社会需求为第一要务,要制订基于社会调查的科学、合理的日语人才培养方案。在实施日语教学活动之前,首先要明确规定日语专业所培养的人才的类型和规格。制订日语人才培养方案时,应注重专业技能、专业基础、就业技能、专业特色、基本素质等内容,并根据这几方面的要求完成日语专业的课程设置。
The training of Japanese language talents in colleges and universities should meet the needs of the society as the most important task and formulate a scientific and reasonable Japanese language training program based on social surveys. Before implementing Japanese teaching activities, first of all, it is necessary to specify clearly the types and specifications of Japanese-trained professionals. When formulating Japanese personnel training program, we should pay attention to professional skills, professional foundation, employment skills, professional characteristics, basic qualities and other contents, and complete the Japanese professional curriculum according to these requirements.
