为适应企业节能增产的实际需要,鞍钢研制成功了“钢锭微能均热轧制上艺”,其内容是:采用新的铸后打水、调运和脱模工艺,使入炉钢锭的热焓量满足或超过开坯轧制的需要,改传统的钢锭分散装炉为密集堆垛式装炉,借助于计算机的辅助分析,执行最佳热工制度,实现钢锭微能均热轧制。该工艺推广应用后,收到了提高均热炉装钢量和生产能力、大幅度降低能耗等效果,并获得了显著的经济效益.
