将不同剂量的辣椒生物硷提取液注入大鼠胃窦前壁浆膜下,6周后观察表明,在39只大鼠中有16只诱发胃窦前壁粘膜溃疡,溃疡发生率为41.0%。溃疡长径为2~6mm,多呈椭圆形,除2例双溃疡灶外均属单个溃疡,在镜检下显示急性溃疡病变。实验观察证实,试药注入剂量与形成溃疡之间呈现量效关系。从而可认为高浓度辣椒生物硷提取液是促成大鼠胃溃疡形成的因素之一。
Different doses of pepper extract were injected into the anterior wall of the gastric antrum of the rat. After 6 weeks of observation, it was found that 16 out of 39 rats induced mucosal ulceration of the anterior antrum of gastric antrum. The incidence of ulceration was 41.0%. The long diameter of the ulcer is 2-6mm, mostly oval. Except for 2 cases of double ulcers, all of them are single ulcers. The lesions show acute ulcers under microscopic examination. Experimental observations confirmed that there was a dose-effect relationship between the injected dose of the test drug and the formation of ulcers. Therefore, it can be considered that the high concentration of biostigma extract of pepper is one of the factors contributing to the formation of gastric ulcer in rats.
