1997年8月4日上午,中共上海市委常委、市委宣传部长金炳华、宣传部副部长许德明、宣传处处长何建梁,冒着酷暑,专程到上海市档案馆,就市级爱国主义(青少年)教育基地申办工作,进行了实地考察。 金炳华、许德明等领导同志在上海市档案局、馆史梅定、董永昌等负责同志陪同下,参观了馆藏陈列室、特藏档案库、音像档案库、现代化管理中心、《上海发展在我心中》图片展,观看了百集电视系列片《档案里的故事》中的一集——《红色宝山路》;并听取了上海市档案馆建设爱国主义(青少年)教育基地
