目的:以白细胞介素1(IL-1)和α肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)的产生水平及巨噬细胞的吞噬功能为指标,通过检测乌贼墨提取物在体内对巨噬细胞的活化作用,进一步了解乌贼墨的抗肿瘤机理。方法:以常规生物学测定的3H-TdR掺入法和细胞毒测定法进行检则。结果:乌贼墨提取物处理组动物的IL-1和TNF-α的产生水平及巨噬细胞的吞噬功能均较对照组呈现有显著意义的增高或增强。结论:乌贼墨提取物可于体内激活巨噬细胞,增强细胞免疫功能,间接发挥抗肿瘤作用。
OBJECTIVE: To detect the activation of macrophages in vivo by using sepia extract as an indicator of the production of interleukin-1 (IL-1) and tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α) and the phagocytosis of macrophages , To further understand the antitumor mechanism of sepia. Methods: The conventional biological determination of 3H-TdR incorporation and cytotoxicity assay was detected. Results: The production of IL-1 and TNF-α and the phagocytosis of macrophages in sepia extract-treated animals showed significant increase or increase compared with the control group. Conclusion: The sepia extract can activate macrophages in vivo, enhance cellular immunity and indirectly exert antitumor effects.
